摘要
用有限元仿真ANSYS软件建立了简单链型悬挂的动态计算模型,然后对其对其在不同张力及抬升力作用下进行了仿真,得到一跨内不同节点的受力图像,以及一跨内接触线受力曲线图。从动态计算的角度分析了接触网弹性受张力变化的影响,优化了接触网的设计方案。
In this paper, a finite element simulation software ANSYS established the calculation model of dynamic simple chain suspension, and then it has carried on the simulation in different tension and under the lifting force, get stress images of different nodes within the span, and across the contact line force curve. From the angle of dynamic calculation of contact line elastic tension change, design the contact network optimization.
