Design and Implementation of Communication between LabVIEW and S7-200 PLC Based on PPl Protocol

针对工控领域中实时监控S7-200 PLC状态和显示、处理其采集数据的需求,使用LabVIEW作为开发平台,通过调用VISA接口函数,在分析PPI协议读写指令的基础上,实现了LabVIEW与PLC串口通讯。

For the demand of real-time monitoring the status of $7-200 PLC and displaying and processing its collected data in the domain of industrial control, when using LabVIEW as a development platform communication between it and $7-200 PLC is im- plemented after the VISA interface function is called and read-write instructions of PPI protocol is analyzed.
