摘要
一直以来传统光学玻璃生产线均采用单台仪表控制方式,这种控制方式适用于生产规模小、生产品种少、工艺设备单一、控制变量简单的光学玻璃生产线。但是随着光学行业的迅速发展,公司向多品种和高端产品的不断开拓,单表控制方式越来越不能满足工艺需求。为了保证新产品和新工艺的实现,迫切地需要控制系统在集中管理、控制精度、可靠性、扩展性、功能性、自动化等方面进行突破。本文阐述了一种集散型控制系统(DeltaV系统)在超薄浮法玻璃生产线锡槽、退火窑上的应用,详细介绍了该系统的架构、技术措施以及实现的功能。
For a long time, traditional optical glass producing lines work by the way of a single instrttment controlling, it is suitable for producing lines with small scale, less varieties of productions, simple producing equipments, simple control variables. But with the rapid development of optical industry, companies continue to develop multi-varieties and advanced productions, single in- strument controlling can' t satisfy process requirements gradually. In order to guarantee the realization of new productions and new processes, breakthroughs and innovations on centralized management, controlling accuracy, reliability,expansibility, functionality, au- tomation and etc.are urgently needed. This article explains the application of a distributed control system(Delta V System) on tin bath and annealing furnace of ultra-thin float glass producing lines, detail introduces the structure, technical measures and the func- tion of realiability.
