Information technology is widely used in teaching, the learners study way are changed by information technology. The good teaching situation can be created using Proteus simulation technology.The paper states that it can effectively help students construct the concept, rule, stimulate students＇ interest in learning, cultivate the students＇ subject quality, improve the students＇ using simulation technology design and development system of the comprehensive ability by the organic combination of practical teaching activities based on Proteus simulation software and microcomputer principle and interface technology.
