Discussion on Shafting Vibration Control of the Newly-installed Steam Turboset

文章针对新安装汽轮发电机组轴系振动指标超标的质量通病,分析了振动产生的原因,探讨了安装阶段汽轮发电机组防轴系振动的控制要点,结合工程实例说明应用本文给出的控制措施,新装汽轮机组轴系振动可以达到机组168h满负荷试运行考核标准要求。

Based on common quality problems of vibration exceeding standard on the newly-installed steam turboset shaft, the cause of newly-installed unit shafting vibration is analyzed, and the main point to control the vibration is studied. Combined with engineering examples, research result indi- cates that the shafting vibration can meet the qualification during the 168h full load trial operation if the control measurements proposed in this paper are used
