浅议如何提升施工企业二级单位的内部经营管理能力

Theory on Promoting Measures of Internal Operation Management Capability for Subordinate Branch of Construction Enterprises

近年来有些施工企业得益于内外部环境的改善,走上了快速发展的车道,给企业内部经营管理提出了更高的要求。作为企业的二级单位要主动承担更多的责任,全面提升内部经营能力,成为企业发展与利润增长新的支撑力量。文章围绕如何提高内部经营管理能力,从经营环境、经营目标、经营管理方法三个方面作了详细阐述,并给出了一些切实可行的方法。

With the improvement of internal and external environment, some construction enterprises develop rapidly in recent years. Meanwhile, higher requirements for enterprise＇s internal management also have been put forward to those enterprises. As subordinate branch of these construction enterpri- ses, these branches shall take initiative to undertake more responsibility, promote internal operation management capability comprehensively and become new supporting of the enterprise＇s development and pro{it growth. This article comes up with some feasible solutions on how to promote internal op eration management capability for these subordinate branches from the aspects of operation environ- ment, operation target and operation management practice.
