摘要
针对含贵金属 0 1 2 %的高冰镍磨浮磁选铜镍合金氯化浸出渣富集贵金属生产流程中的不足 ,提出了新的工艺流程结构 ,包括煤油脱除元素硫 -熔炼含贵金属高锍 -加压酸浸三个步骤 ,贱金属分离效率 ( % ) :Cu 99 5、Ni 99 8、Fe 94 5、S 99 6、SiO2 98 8;贵金属回收率 ( % ) :Pt 98 0、Pd 97 0、Au 97 0 ,产出贵金属品位 >30 % ,贵贱比 >1的精矿。
According to the disadvantage of the old flow sheet,which is concentrating precious metals from chlorination residue of magnetic-floated copper-nickel alloys containing 0 12% precious metals.A new flow sheet is introduced,including following three steps:desulfurizing by kerosine,melting matte containing precious metals,acid leaching on pressure.By this new sheet,base metals separation and precious metals recovery are reached respectively(%):Cu 99 5,Ni 99 8,Fe 94 5,S 99 6,SiO 2 98 8;Pt 98 0,Pd 97 0,Au 97 0.At the same time,the precious metals concentrate containing 30% precious metals and the ratio of precious metals to base metals is large than 1 is obtained.
