摘要
利用某些金合金中的马氏体与类马氏体相变所形成的表面浮突与精细层状结构在光线作用下所产生的光栅衍射效应 ,使合金表面呈现斑斓闪烁的光学效果 ,称之为“斯斑效应” (SpangleEffect) ,具有这种效应的金合金称“斯斑金”合金 (“Spangold”alloy )。作者评述了“斯斑”与“反斯斑”效应的冶金学原理及光学效应 ,介绍了 2 3KAu -Al和1 8KAu -Cu -Al斯斑合金的结构变化、光学特性和其它性能。“斯斑金”合金及其“斯斑”与“反斯斑”效应极具美学观赏价值与装饰效果 ,构成了金合金饰品的新家族。
Some gold alloys have the martensitic or martensite-like phase transformation,which causes the relief effects on a polished surface and forms a fine lamellar structure.By means of a diffraction grating effect caused by the characteristic martensitic structure reflecting more coloured light,a“spangle effect”is exhibited on the surface of the gold alloys.The gold alloys with the spangle effect were called“spangold”in literature.The metallurgical principle and optical effect of the spangle- and anti-spangle effect were reviewed,the structure changes as well as the optical feature and other properties of 23K Au-Al and 18K Au-Cu-Al spangold alloys were present in the paper.The spangold alloy as well as its spangle and anti-spangle effects have very aesthetic and decorative values,the spangold alloy is a novel family of decorative gold alloys.
