摘要
采用不同浸渍顺序制备了Ni-Fe/Al2O3催化剂,考察了其浆态床CO甲烷化催化性能,并结合XRD、H2-TPR、CO-TPD等表征对催化剂结构进行了分析。结果表明,共浸渍法制备的催化剂因活性组分Ni分散度高,活性金属比表面积大并有最佳的甲烷化反应活性。
Effects of impregnation sequences with Ni and Fe salts on catalytic performance of Ni-Fe/A1203 catalysts were investigated in slurry bed reactor, and XRD, H2-TPR and CO-TPD were employed to characterize the catalysts. The results revealed that the catalyst prepared by co-impregnation method exhibited the best eatalystic performance, due to the highly dispersion of active metal Ni and higher active metal surface area.
