摘要
煤矿绩效管理方面,在认识上存在着将绩效管理等同于绩效考核、将绩效管理等同于人力资源管理、以及认为绩效管理是人力资源管理部的事情这些误区;并在实践中流于形式、缺乏沟通、绩效管理目标单一、考核不规范等影响了煤矿绩效管理的有效性。为有效解决这些问题,应从绩效管理培训、完善绩效管理的基础工作、建立高效的企业文化和科学的绩效管理体系进行改革。
In mines, performance management is often misunderstood as performance assessment or human resources management. It is inappropriate to think that the performance management belongs to HR department. In practice, formalism, inadequate communication, single target, irregular assessment undermined the assessment validity. We should take innovation to solve those problems in aspects of performance management training, element task improvement, and establishment of enterprise culture and scientific performance management system.
