摘要
针对目前我国用于固体成型燃料生产的农作物秸秆物料中杂质较多的问题,设计了一套除杂及气力输送系统。系统管道直径为50mm,风机进口风量为1.928m3/min,进料料仓容积为1.2 5 m3,除杂装置的长度为1 000 mm,斜板和砂石承料仓与水平方向的夹角为30°,砂石承料仓容积为0.54 m3。另外,选用旋转供料器位系统的供料装置作为下一步除杂试验平台搭建的数据基础。
There more impurities in the solid fuel crops straw in our country,a set of systems of impurity and pneumatic conveying was designed.system piping diameter is 50mm,the fan inlet air volume of 1.928m3/min,feed hopper volume is 1.25m3,the impurity removal device design length is 1 000mm,the inclined plate and gravel bearing material position angle with the horizontal direction is 30 °,and gravel bearing silo volume is 0.54m3,the rotation for the feeder system is choiced for feeding device,try a test platform to build the data base as the next step impurity.
