摘要
对基于电特性的大豆含水率测量方法进行研究,自制圆筒形电容器,利用智能LCR测量分析仪对不同含水量的大豆样品进行测试。实验结果表明,在1kHz频率下,大豆含水率与其等效电容值之间有显著相关性;利用BP神经网络对实验数据建模,结果表明,BP神经网络预测值和实验值非常接近;利用大豆电特性进行含水量检测,可以满足大豆含水率快速无损检测的要求。
In this paper,based on studying the dielectric property of soybeans the moisture content of soybean was tested using the Intelligent LCR measurement analyzer and the cylindrical capacitance sensor which was designed to measure soybean moisture content.The experimental results showed that sensor’s sensitivity is best at frequencies of 1 kHz.The prediction model based on BP neural network is satisfied.A new method was provided for the fast measurement of soybeans moisture content.
