摘要 浸种催芽系统采用模块化和主从式设计结构,可根据生产规模自由搭建,适用于大中型集中式浸种催芽的生产。主控制器以PLC为核心,以无线通信方式与上位机PC进行数据交换,通过对加热器的功率调节能够达到浸种催芽工艺的恒温控制要求,对现场的执行机构包括水泵、水位计和电动阀等控制,来实现水流向控制。同时,系统还具有故障诊断功能,并配备报警装置提醒用户,以保证整个生产过程的安全正常运行。 Soaking germination system adopts the modular,master-slave mode design structure,can build free structures according to production scale,it is suitable for large and medium-sized centralized seed soaking sprouting production.The main controller with PLC as the core,wireless communication mode and PC for data exchange,control requirements can be fulfilled by the heater of the power regulation can achieve seed soaking sprouting process temperature.The actuators include water pump,water level meter and electric valve control,to realize to control flow,at the same time,the system also has the function of fault diagnosis,and equipped with alarm device remind users,in order to ensure the whole process of production safety normal operation.
