摘要 介绍了拖拉机自动换挡控制系统的结构组成和功能应用,并进行了软硬件设计。硬件系统以AT89C52单片机为核心,采用C51高级语言进行软件开发。该控制系统能够采集数据信号,得到拖拉机当前运行状态,根据得到的换挡规律进行计算,从而确定最佳换挡点,控制换挡油缸进行自动换挡,极大地改善了拖拉机燃油经济性、生产效率以及舒适性。 Introducing the structural composition and application functions of the tractor automatic transmission control system,and hardware and software design.Hardware system to AT89C52 microcontroller as the core,using C51 high-level language for software development,the control system to collect data signal to get the tractor running state,calculated in accordance with the shift schedule to get in order to determine the best shift points to control the executive body automatic transmission,which greatly improved he tractor fuel economy,efficiency and comfort.
