基于RFID农畜产品质量安全溯源系统研究进展

Based on RFID Animal Product Quality and Safety of the Traceability System Research Progress

随着人们经济生活水平的提高和农畜产品在流通过程中潜在安全问题的不断发现,消费者对农畜产品的安全问题越发关注,实施农畜产品质量安全溯源系统的重要性日益凸现,基于RFID技术的质量安全溯源系统得到了广泛的应用。为此,介绍了农畜产品质量安全溯源系统的内涵和国内外质量安全溯源系统的发展现状,重点分析了基于RFID的农畜产品质量安全溯源系统的应用以及存在的问题,并对其发展前景进行了阐述。

As people life economy and raising the level of animal products in circulation in the process of being found potential safety problems,consumer product safety problems of animal more attention,so the animal implementation for product quality and safety of the importance of the traceability system is becoming more and more obvious.RFID technology based on the quality and safety of traceability systems have been widely used.This paper introduces the animal product quality and safety of the system at home and abroad and trace the connotation of the quality and safety of traceability system development present situation.Focusing on the based on RFID for product quality and safety of animal traceability system application and existing problems,and the development prospect is discussed in this paper.
