摘要
体育文化动员具有规范人们的体育行为、激发强大精神动力、促进体育知识的广泛传播、增强国家软实力和提升国际形象的重要作用。然而在全球化背景下,我国体育文化动员却面临着动员主体懈怠、客体限制、环体的局限和介体困扰等困境。转变主体的价值观念,提高体育文化动员的组织程度;培养客体文化素质、体育健身观念;加强体育文化资源的整合,优化体育文化制度;建立体育信息权威发布平台是走出当前体育文化动员困境和实现体育文化动员创新发展的路径选择。
Sports culture plays an important role in standarding sports behavior, arousing strong spiritual motivation, promoting wide dissemination of sports knowledge, enhancing soft - power and raising Chinag international image. However, in a global- ized world, China sports culture mobilization is facing some dilemmas. The subjects of mobilization are slacking off, while the objects are limited. There are not only problems with the choosing of media but also limitations of environment. In order to get out of the dilemmas and innovate sports culture mobilization, there're four countermeasures we can choose. Firstly, Changing subject~ values and reinforcing organizational level of sports cultural mobilization; Secondly, Object should strengthen the learning of cultural, cultivate correct sports values ; Third, strengthen the integration of sport cultural resources, optimize the system of sports culture mobilization. ; Finally, build an authority platform for sports news.
