摘要
从龙岩市星级酒店员工流失现状、影响、原因等方面进行剖析,建议把好招聘关、建立合理的制约措施、关注员工的职业发展机会、设计合理的薪酬激励制度、形成互相认同的企业文化、体现公平以及实施人才储备策略。
This article analyzes the status,influences and reasons of staff turnover in Longyan star hotels, and suggests to pay attention to the staff' s career development opportunities and design reasonable salary incentive system.
