试论张闻天“人民管理国家”思想

On ZHANG Wentian's Thoughts of Managing State by the Masses

张闻天"人民管理国家"的思想,源于马恩列"人民管理国家"的思想及实践;他结合中国实际深入论述了人民群众是主人这一马克思主义唯物史观的基本原理,并基于我国人民群众生活水平和文化素质不高,直接参与国家管理比较困难的现实,着重探讨了以人民代表大会为主要依托的人民间接管理国家的内容,强调要做好文化教育工作,确保真正实现人民管理国家。张闻天"人民管理国家"的思想也有不足之处,但在实践中已获得诸多发展。

ZHANG Wentian＇ s thoughts of managing state by the masses originated from the theory and practice of Marx, Engels and Lenin. He focused on the masses indirect management relying on the people＇ s congress. He stressed the cultural and educational work to ensure the masses actually managing the country. His thoughts have some deficiencies; however, they have developed a lot in practice.
