通过构造模型呈现了高校政治辅导员亲和力是由人本理念、双向互动、情感认同、沟通艺术和环境优化五个要素构成,分析了高校政治辅导员亲和力在创建和谐校园、提升大学生主体性和助推辅导员工作的持续发展等方面的理论意义和实践价值。

This paper presents that the affinity of political counselors in colleges and universities is composed of five elements which are humanistic philosophy, mutual interaction, affective commitment, communication arts and environment optimization. It analyzes the theoretical significance and practical value of the affinity of political counselors in colleges and universities in constructing harmonious campus, improving undergraduates＇ subjectivity, and maintaining continuous improvement of counselors＇ work.
