Improvement on electrical system of automatic pressing dust ring machine for YGJ093 ball bearing

YGJ093球轴承压盖机存在设备老化、电气故障多、稳定性和可靠性较差等问题,给生产和设备维护带来很多困难。采用可编程序控制器对该机进行了改造,解决了上述问题,并使机床的自动化程度得到提高。

There were lots of problems with machine for pressing dust ring for YGJ093 ball bearing, such as： aged equipment, many failures, lack of stability and reliability, which brought many difficulties to production and equipment maintenance. Here improvement on the equipment was made to use PLC to solve all problems mentioned above, the degree of automation of the machine was also heightened.
