针对原天然气加热炉加热棒料时间长、氧化皮多、浪费能源、污染空气等问题,将其改造成为中频电感应加热炉,节约了原材料,提高了加热温度控制的准确性和生产效率,降低了操作者的劳动强度。

Because the original gas heating furnace had the problems of taking too much time in heating bar material, producing lots of oxide, wasting energy and air pollution and so on, it was reformed to intermediate frequency induction furnace. The latter had such advantages： saving raw and other materials, improving accuracy in heating temperature control and productivity and reducing labor intensity.
