摘要
某型非标准圆柱滚子轴承外圈带有定位凸台,在使用过程中对凸台对称性有严格的工艺要求,原有的测量方法和仪器精度达不到该工艺要求,为此对现有测量系统和测量方法进行改进,解决了存在的问题。
The outer ring of a non-standard cylindrical roller bearing has positioning bosses, and the strict process requirement is made for the symmetry of the positioning bosses during service. The original measuring method and instrument precision cannot meet the process requirement, therefore, the existing measuring system and measuring method are improved to resolve the problem.
