摘要
空芯线圈被安装在铁路轨道旁边,由于列车经过时产生的振动,使固定线圈的螺母容易松动甚至脱落,造成设备故障,影响机车的正常运行。采用点焊工艺直接将方形螺母焊接在线圈的支架上,然后再加密封胶密封,解决了螺母的松动问题。
Vacant wires are fixed on the side of rails, the nuts used to fix the wire loose or even drop under the vibration that are generated by the passing trains, thus leads to malfunction and effect the operation of the vehicle. By using point-welding process to directly weld the square nuts on the frame of the wire, and seal it with sealant, this problem can be solved.
