典型国家传统优势产业发展对中国的启示

Inspiration from the Development of Typical Countries’ Traditional Superior Industry

传统优势产业是指一国由于某种原因发展起来的,具有悠久历史和区域特色,拥有市场竞争优势,在全球经济布局中占有重要地位的产业。德国和日本发展传统优势产业的激励措施对中国具有重要的借鉴作用。中国政府应给予传统优势产业足够的重视,通过控制人民币升值速度、提供财政补贴和税收优惠、完善人才培养方式、增强企业创新能力以及协调经济发展与环境保护的措施,促进传统优势产业的发展,以此带动整体经济的持续发展。

Generally speaking, traditional superior industry means old -line industry, owing to some reasons, which occupies an important position in global economy and has an advantage in competition. This article analyses incentives designed by German and Japanese government in propping up traditional superior industry and proposes that our government should attach impor- tance to our traditional superior industry, control the rate of RMB appreciation, provide financial subsidies and tax preferences, perfect talent cultivation mode, harmonize economic development and environmental protection, and enhance enterprises＇ capacity for innovation.
