Analysis of the Influence Factors of the Employment of College Students——Based on a survey of the universities in Dalian

大学毕业生就业一直是社会关注的焦点问题。通过对大连地区高校毕业生就业意愿及去向的调查,分析了大学毕业生就业难的现状以及存在的影响因素。指出转变就业观念、改革高等教育制度、加强就业服务,以及完善政府相关制度是解决毕业生就业问题的现实对策。

The employment of college students is a focus problem for the society. Through a sur- vey of the employment intention and the employment influence factors of college students in the city of Dalian, this article analyzes the condition of the employment of college students and its influence factors. To change the concept of employment of college students, to reform higher ed- ucation system and to improve the corresponding systems for the government are real counter- measures to solve the employment of college students.
