摘要
采用湿法消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定烟叶中的K,Na,Ca,Mg,Al,Fe,Cu,Cr,Cd,Pb,Co,Ni,Zn等共22种元素。对于灵敏度较差的As,在不重复处理样品的前提下,用氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(HG-ICP-AES)测定,解决了ICP-AES法测定烟叶中As的灵敏度问题。对国家标准物质灌木丛枝GBW07602(GSV-1)成分进行了测定,与推荐值基本一致。该方法相对标准偏差:0.48%~10.10%,回收率为:92%~107.5%。该方法简单快捷,准确可靠,满足烟叶中测定多元素要求。
Method based on inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was established to determine 22 elements (K, Na, Ca, Mg, AI, Fe, Cu, Cr, Cd, Pb, Co, Ni, Zn etc.) in leaf tobacco samples with wet digestion preparation. Extra hydride generation (HG) preparation was employed to cope with low-sensitivity element As. Determination of national standard material bush branches GBW07602 (GSV-1) proved the accuracy of above-mentioned method. Further experiments showed that the method' s recovery rate and RSD were 92%-107.5% and 0.48%-10.10%, respectively, which met the requirements of multi-element determination in tobacco sample.
