摘要
针对我国烟叶烘烤设备对煤炭依赖度高、环境污染重、烘烤用工量大的问题,利用液化天然气(LNG)为气源,集成LNG气化技术、水暖集中供热技术,设计建造了天然气水暖集中供热密集烤房,并进行了烘烤试验。结果表明:天然气水暖集中供热密集烤房升温准,控温稳,能够满足烤烟密集烘烤对温湿度的要求。虽然较燃煤密集烤房能耗成本有所增加,但改善了烤后烟叶的外观质量,提高了上等烟比例,减少了烘烤用工和大气污染物排放量。
Bulk curing barns with central hot water heating system fueled by liquefied natural gas (LNG) was developed to solve problems of traditional curing barns, such as serious air pollution, high labor cost, and over dependency on coal. Results showed that the control of temperature in the new LNG equipment was more accurate and stable. The use of this new equipment can improve leaf tobacco quality while air pollution emission and labor cost are reduced.
