基于Stamp平台的三维工业用地信息管理系统研究——以江苏省金坛市为例 被引量:3

摘要 针对工业用地在国有建设用地中占较大比重,特别是工业用地中低效利用的现象严重,为提高地区土地节约集约水平,建立三维工业用地信息管理系统,供决策者作为辅助工具,提高土地利用率有着积极的现实意义。本文采用Stamp三维GIS平台,以金坛市DOM和DEM为本底数据,综合集成二维工业占地现状数据,以建筑物高度为基础动态生成三维宗地模型,以宗地容积率、建筑密度和经济指标等为评价指标,对宗地利用效率、集约度进行监测、统计和分析,在三维环境支撑下建立集工业用地信息动态汇集、快速建模、分级渲染、直观展现和综合分析为一体的工业用地信息管理系统,辅助决策者监管和处置低效利用土地。 Facing the fact that industrial land has a large fraction of state-owned construction land,mainly there is inefficiency at the industrial land use.To increase the area of land saves and intensive level of the efficient use of land,creating a three-dimensional information system at the land industrial management,as an auxiliary tool for decision makers,is critical.In this paper,DOM and DEM of Jintan County were used as background data to generate the current 2D industrial land use data,combining with the data of building height,a 3D model was implemented dynamically through the Stamp 3D platform.In this system,the land parcels were analyzed through factors like floor area ratio(FAR) and building densities,and comprehensive information of land parcels could be also manifested in 3D scenes,thus help decision-makers to dispose the low-efficient industrial land.
