摘要
土地资源动态监管是目前国土资源管理工作的重点之一。本文论述了利用3G智能手机作为土地资源动态监管移动终端,以ArcGIS Server作为服务端地图发布工具,以各种功能服务和客户端API为开发工具,设计基于移动GIS的土地资源动态监管系统,使土地监管人员可以实时实地进行土地巡查,提高土地资源动态监管的工作效率。
The dynamic regulation of land＇s resources is one of the most important priorities in the control management.This document explains on how to use smart phones 3G as mobile terminal dynamic control and ArcGIS Server as a tool to release the map from the server,as well as all kinds of service function and client API as a tool development to design a dynamic control system based on the mobile GIS in the nation＇s land and resources,thus people can check control land in real time to improve the efficiency of dynamic supervision of land resources.
