SAC Vice-Administrator Yu Xinli leading the Chinese delegation attended the 36th Conference of Pacific Area Standards Congress （PASC） and its 45th Executive Committee Meeting which took place in Hawaii on May 20, 2013. Over 80 representatives from 23 members of PASC took part, making it the largest meeting ever in its history.
