由列宁反官僚主义思想领悟十八大精神

An Understanding of the Spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China from the Perspective of Lenin’s Anti-bureaucratism

十八大报告中明确指出要在党内反对官僚主义。列宁同志反对官僚主义的思想非常丰富,时至今日,依然有很强的现实指导意义。我们应当全面地理解并借鉴这些思想与历史经验,进一步巩固和加强我国改革开放的成果,反对官僚主义,有效推进党政干部队伍的民主化进程。

It is clearly stated in the Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China that formalism and bureaucratism must be opposed. Lenin＇s experience of anti-bu- reaucratism is quite rich and still has very powerful practical guiding significance up to this day. We should fully understand and learn his thoughts and experience so as to further consolidate and strengthen the results of reform and opening-up, fight bureaucratism,and advance the democrati- zation process among the cadres of the Party and improve the government work effectively.
