摘要
从精锻生产特点出发 ,阐述了采用电解加工的优越性。讨论了目前对锻模阴极设计难的问题解决的程度 ,分析了非线性电解液的作用和局限性 ,提出了采用的钕铁硼永磁铁改善流场作为补充手段的方案 ,从机理看 ,磁场改变了间隙内“场”的分布 ,达到了提高精度、简化阴极研制的目的。
This paper expounds the superiorities of introducing ECM into accuracy forging die process due to their characteristic.But it's difficult to design the cathode,and the handling of this problem till now is not so satisfied.Depends on the analysis of the effetiveness and limitation of non linear electrolyte,an noves method is presented to ameliorate current field by means of using Nd Fe B permanent magnet,it shows that the magnetic field changes the distribution of the field in interval,at the mean time improve the precision and simplify thecathode design.
