摘要
对玻璃瓶的电磁成形封接工艺进行了研究 ,翻边过程的数值模拟和实验研究表明封接效果对线圈的位置敏感 ,数值模拟还表明 :材料的翻边高速成形类似波的传输过程。对缩管的放电电压、电容等参数进行调节 ,得出了优化的封接工艺。
The electromagnetic forming sealing process was carried out for the glass bottle,the numerical simulation and the experiment result for the flanging process show that the sealing result was sensitively to the coil's position,and the simulation result also show the high speed flanging process resemble that of the wave propagation.The necking parameters such as the discharging voltage,electric capacity etc was adjusted,and the optimal technical was found.
