Financial Models of Publishing Enterprises in Capital Market

在梳理中国出版企业资本结构现状的基础上,着重分析当前中国出版企业在股票市场和债券市场上的融资模式,并详细讨论这两种融资模式的优势和劣势。文章认为,商业信用为主的传统融资模式较为落后,亟需进行改善,资本市场融资需要得到有力发展。

According to the current capital structure of publishing enterprises in Chino, this article focused on the financing models of publishing enterprises in both stock market and bond market, and expatiated on the advantages and disadvantages of the two models. The author considered that the traditional financing model based on the trade credit should be improved, and the capital market financing should be developed effectively.
