在独特的城市管理模式及较高经济发展水平背景下,上海市水利工程造价计价与管理有着自身特色。本文通过理论联系实际的方法,分析现行上海市水利工程造价计价与管理的现状,梳理出存在问题,提出相应对策,以提高上海市水利工程造价的计价与管理水平。

Shanghai Water Conservancy Project cost estimation and management has its own characteristics in the context of unique city management mode and higher level of economic development. In this paper,the method of linking theory with practice is adopted for analyzing the status of Shanghai water conservancy project cost estimation and management,teasing out the existing problems,and proposing appropriate measures,thereby improving the level of Shanghai water conservancy project cost estimation and management.
