TRPV5与钙调节及其影响因素研究进展

摘要 TRPV5(transientreceptorp。tentialcati。nchannel,subfamilyV,member5)作为瞬时性受体电位通道(TRP)vanilloid受体亚类成员之一,是介导远曲小管和集合管对钙主动重吸收的主要蛋白。钙离子、PH和激素等因素参与其表达水平或活性的调控。鉴于TRPV5在调节尿钙水平中的重要作用,我们对TRPV5与钙调节及其影响因素的相关研究作一综述。
