摘要
通过制作双层板模拟旧沥青路面和旧水泥路面上加铺沥青路面,并且采用同步碎石作为层间联结层,测得了层间抗剪强度与抗拉强度,表明了不同路面类型对同步碎石联结层抗剪与抗拉强度的影响。沥青路面加铺新面层,同步碎石联结层的层间抗剪强度与抗拉强度相比水泥混凝土路面分别提高了10.1%和25.4%,说明在旧水泥混凝土路面改建时,需要配合合适的层间处治措施,比如撒铺乳化沥青、铺设格栅等,保证改建道路的使用寿命。
By making double-layer slab imitated old asphalt pavement and old cement pavement overlaid new asphalt pavement,and used synchronous pavement as a binder course,the test gets the interlaminar shear strength and tensile strength,shows the different pavement types affect on synchronous pavement binder course's shear and tensile strength.Asphalt pavement overlaid on the new course,synchronized pavement of interlaminar shear strength and tensile strength compared with the cement concrete pavement respectively increased by 10.1% and 25.4%.Also the result illustrates,in the old cement concrete pavement reconstruction,need cooperate with some processing measures between the layers,such as spread out emulsified asphalt,laying geogrid and so on,guarantee the life of the redevelopment of the road.
