摘要
对P50 7D的负载有机相进行了反萃及再生研究。采用 3mol/LHCl +1mol/LZnCl2 的混合液作为反萃取剂 ,以O/A =1∶1的相比 ,反萃三次 ,99%以上的铟得到反萃。空载有机相进一步经HCl再生后 ,返回使用。在相同条件下 ,与P2 0 4进行了对比试验 ,证实P50 7D具有良好的再使用性能。
The stripping and regeneration of the loaded organic phase of P507D were studied.The mixed solution (3 mol/L HCl+1 mol/L ZnCl 2) was used stripping agent and more than 99% of indium can be stripped after three time washing under the O∶A ratio is 1∶1. The unloaded organic phase generated by HCl once more can be recycled to use.The parallel contrast experiments with DZEHPA were earried out under the same conditions. The results show that the exeractant P507D has better recycle properties.
