摘要
钢丝表面脱碳影响钢丝及其制品的使用性能 ,有关钢丝标准中对脱碳层深度有明确的限量规定。钢丝表面脱碳问题有的来源于原料 ,需用盘条剥皮的方法解决 ;主要的是在热处理工序产生 ,需要对热处理炉实施改造 ,在解决节能降耗、控制炉温均匀性、保护环境、提高自动化程度等问题的同时 ,解决好钢丝表面脱碳问题 ,对炉内喷吹保护性气体是有效办法。
The decarbonisation of steel wire surface affects the use property of steel wire and steel wire products.It has clear limited quantity stipulation on decarburized depth in the steel wire standard concerned.Some decarbonisations stem from raw material,which should be solved by peeling.Most decarbonisations emerge in the process of heat treatment,which should be solved by remaking heat treatment furnace.While doing well such things as saving energy and reducing consumption,controlling furnace temperature to be even,protecting environment and raising the level of automation,the problem of surface decarbonisation must be solved,for which an effective way is spraying shielding gas into furnace.A method of steel wire austenitizing,quenching and then tempering using dual lead trough in America is worth using for reference.
