Using the Delphi technique to establish a sub-optimal health state evaluation indicator system

目的建立适用于流行病学研究的亚健康状态评价指标体系。方法建立亚健康状态评价指标体系的框架结构,筛选相关领域专家参与本次研究,通过2轮函询完成专家咨询活动,计算专家权威程度、协调系数等指标,依据统计结果及专家意见对指标体系进行修改。结果两轮函询专家应答率分别为73.9%和100.0%。专家权威程度中位数为0.75;指标体系中,疲劳状态、失眠状态、抑郁状态、焦虑状态4个1级指标的专家权威程度中位数均为0.75;第1轮函询4个1级指标下指标权重及指标可操作性的协调系数分别为0.30,0.13,0.34,0.36,0.13,0.14,0.09,0.08;第2轮函询4个1级指标下指标权重及指标可操作性的协调系数分别为0.49,0.24,0.45,0.38,0.33,0.37,0.32,0.13。结论本研究建立了亚健康状态评价指标体系。该指标体系由4个1级指标,16个2级指标,46个3级指标构成,并具有相应的权重。该指标体系是一个适用于亚健康状态流行病学研究的工具。

Objective To establish a sub-optimal health state evaluation indicator system to be used in epidemio- logical studies with Delphi technique. Methods The frame structure of sub-optimal health state evaluation indicator sys- tem was established in a pre-Delphi expert meeting. A 2-rounds E-mail-administered Delphi process was conducted with the participation of a group of selected experts. The specialist authority coefficient and Kendall＇ s W were calculated. The indi- cator system was revised based on statistical analysis and experts＇ opinions. Results The response rates of Delphi round 1 and round 2 were 73, 9% and 100. 0% , respectively. The specialist authority coefficient Cr was 0. 75. The specialist au- thority coefficient Cr in 4 first class indicators were all 0. 75 ; In round l, Kendall＇ s W of indicator weight and maneuver- ability in the 4 first class indicators were 0. 30, 0. 13, 0. 34, 0. 36, 0. 13, 0. 14, 0. 09, and 0. 08, respectively. In round 2, Kendall＇ s W of indicator weight and maneuverability in the 4 first class indicators were 0. 49, 0. 24, 0.45, 0. 38, 0. 33,0. 37,0. 32, and 0. 13, respectively. Conclusions A sub-optimal health state evaluation indicator system was built and it contains 4 first class indicators, 16 second class indicators and 46 third class indicators. This indicator system is a fitting tool in epidemiological study of the sub-optimal health state.
