摘要
本文介绍了一种基于通用微机的经济型数控多功能机床。在分析社会需求和研制目标的基础上 ,讨论了机床的软硬件技术方案。采用变频调速技术实现了主轴无级调速 ,用数据图形分割法实现了图形显示和插补计算的同步 ,在软件开发中采用了面向对象的程序设计方法。实践表明 。
In this paper, we introduced a type of economical NC multi function machine tools based on general microcomputer. Having analyzed the society requirement and development target, we discussed the technical plan for the machine tools, both on software and hardware. In this plan, frequency converter is used to accomplish stepless speed regulation of spindle; separation of data and graph to synchronize the display of graph and the calculation of interpolation; and OOP(Object Oriented Programming) in software production. It has remarkable technical and economical value and broad application prospect.
