城市轨道交通DA 01型列车制动电子控制单元模拟量输出电路板AA的研制

Maintenance of Analog Signal Circuit Board AA in(BECU) DA01 Urban Rail Vehicle

制动电子控制单元(BECU)是城市轨道交通列车制动系统的核心部件。在分析上海轨道交通DA 01型列车KBGM制动系统BECU电路板的基础上,针对BECU电路板老化等问题,提出替代和改进方案。采用光电隔离等关键技术,研制出BECU中模拟量输出电路板AA的替代电路板。经过性能试验测试,其效果与原进口电路板相吻合。

Brake electronic control unit （BECU）is the core component of urban rail transit brake system. Based on an analysis of KBGM brake system used in Shanghai metro and the brake electronic control unit circuit board, some im- provement measures are put forward to solve the aging cir- cuit board problem, including using the analog circuit board AA, which adopts the optical coupling technology and could replace the aging control circuit board. The test result of the circuit board AA is consistent with the output of the o- riginal import circuit board.
