广州地铁8号线工程车空压机改造

Modification of Air Compressor Assembly on Diesel Locomotive on Guangzhou Metro Line 8

通过对广州地铁现有工程车的空气压缩机进行比较,制定方案对DWG网轨检测车和JX-3DT接触网作业车进行螺杆式空压机改造。改装了相关控制电路与机械结构,确保了空压机组工作正常。加装温控阀,解决了空压机润滑油乳化的问题。空压机改造后,减少了由空压机故障造成的工程车临修和作业取消情况。

Through a comparison of the present air com- pressors used for diesel locomotives in Guangzhou Metro, a plan is made to modify DWG rail inspection car and JX- 3DT diesel locomotive into screw air compressor, the rele- vant control circuit and mechanical structure are refitted to ensure the normal performance of the air compressor as- sembly and reduce the failure caused by the old air com- pressor.
