摘要
在终点站采用调车方式办理折返作业,是在终点站道岔或信号联锁、轨道电路等故障的情况下采用降级运营模式时的一种应急行车组织方法。介绍了道岔、信号联锁故障时在终点站以调车方式办理折返作业的乘务作业程序,分析了终点站采用调车方式办理折返作业时的危险源,提出了相应的控制措施。
A terminal rail station has undoubtedly the main risk factors, the shunting turn-back is an emergency train organization adopted in case of failures at the terminal switch, signal interlock and track circuit. With an introduc- tion of the working process of terminal shunting turn-back and crew operation when there happens a switch failure, a signal interlocking failure, or a track circuit fault, then a degradation operation mode should be adopted. In this pa- per, the hidden risks in the shunting turn-back are ana- lyzed, some corresponding control measures are proposed.
