骨疼静胶囊对大鼠蛋清和卡拉胶所致足趾肿胀的影响

Effect of Gutengjing capsule on toes swelling in rats induced by albumen and carrageenan

目的研究骨疼静胶囊对大鼠蛋清和卡拉胶所致足趾肿胀的影响。方法取体重180～200g大鼠50只,雄性,随机均分为5组,分别灌服骨疼静胶囊混悬液、颈复康颗粒混悬液和同体积的0.5%CMC。用足趾容积测量仪测大鼠左右后足趾体积,并计算肿胀率。结果骨疼静胶囊组和颈复康颗粒组在给药30min～6h均可显著减轻蛋清所致大鼠的足跖肿胀(P<0.01);骨疼静胶囊组和颈复康颗粒组可显著减轻卡拉胶所致大鼠的足跖肿胀(P<0.01)。结论骨疼静胶囊对急、慢性炎症均有好的抑制作用。

Objective To investigate effect of Gutengjing capsule on toes swelling in rats induced by albumen and carrageenan. Methods Fifty male rats weighted 180 - 50 200g, were randomly divided into 5 groups, the rats in the 5 groups were given by gavage Gutengjing capsule suspension, Jingfukang granules suspension and same voluminal 0.5% CMC, respectively. The toe volume in left, right, aboral toes of rats was measured by toe volume measuring instrument, and the swelling distension rates were calculated. Results The toe swelling of rats was significantly relieved at 30min -6h after administration in Gutengjing capsule group and Jingfukang granules group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, which showed that Gutengjing capsule and Jingfukang granules could obviously relieve toe swelling of rats induced by carrageenan （ 13 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Gutengjing capsule has obvious inhibition effect on acute and chronic inflammation.
