老年消化道肿瘤患者术后肠内营养支持研究 被引量:6

摘要 恶性肿瘤患者常伴有营养不良及免疫功能低下,尤其是高龄消化道肿瘤患者,更容易也更早出现营养不良,为了使患者能顺利实行手术,并且术后顺利康复,在围手术期改善患者的营养状态及增强免疫功能成为当前需要重点解决的问题。免疫增强型肠内营养制剂的出现,使我们有了更好的解决办法。肠内营养学作为一门新兴学科,越来越成为热点课题,它对逆转患者的营养不良及提高免疫功能的不可替代性在临床实践中的也越来越被广大的临床医师所接受…。对老年消化道肿瘤患者在围术期采用肠内营养支持,取得良好效果,报告如下。
