摘要
将罐头食品捣碎后用水稀释 ,加氯化铜溶液和抗坏血酸 ,用水定容 ,过 0 4 5μm滤膜后立即供液相色谱分析 ,在 2 54nm波长处测定。色谱柱 :HypersilODS(1 2 5mm× 4mmi.d .,5μm) ;流动相 :水 甲醇 (体积比为 80∶2 0 ) ,含有 2 0mmol/L四丁基溴化铵 ,0 0 3mol/L醋酸钠缓冲液 (pH 4) ,流速 :0 8mL/min ;进样量 :2 0 μL。ED TA在 1 0mg/L~ 40 0mg/L范围内呈线性。方法回收率为 95 5%~ 98 9%,其RSD为 0 82 %~ 1 32 %。
