摘要
介绍了聚全氟乙丙烯高速挤出加工过程中熔体破裂的产生机理和影响因素,叙述了化学改性、熔融共混及挤出设备改进等3种主要改性方法的研究概况。认为熔融共混改性方法较为可行,国内应加强原材料厂家与下游电缆客户合作,细分用途和市场,满足不同客户对专用料的需求。
Mechanism and influencing factors of FEP melting fracture during the high speed extrusion processing were introduced.The three major modification methods including chemical modification,melting blend,and extrusion equipment improvement were overviewed.It seemed that melting blend method is feasible.It should strengthen the cooperating of the material provider and the user and subdivide the application and market,to satisfy requirements of different users.
