一步合成环己基苯基甲酮用稀土催化剂

Research on Rare Earth Catalysts for One-step Synthesis of Cyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone

摘要 研究了自制稀土催化剂不同焙烧温度对催化环己基甲酸、苯甲酸合成环己基苯基甲酮的性能的影响,结果表明,在较低温度下制备得到的催化剂,其活性、选择性和活性稳定性相对较好。SEM、FT-IR和元素组成分析结果表明,其聚集程度较低,颗粒较小,表面具有较弱的B/L酸性位,反应过程中表面结焦/积炭较少。 The influence of calcination temperature on the performances of rare earth catalysts for one-step synthesis of cyclohexyl phenyl ketone by cyclohexanecarboxylic acid and benzoic acid was investigated.Conclusion was drawn that the catalyst prepared by lower calcination temperature showed better catalytic activity,selectivity and activity stability,because it had lower aggregation degree,smaller particle size,weaker surface B/L acid sites as well as less coking/carbon deposition during the reaction,which was characterized by SEM,FT-IR and element analysis methods.
