危险废物集中处置项目安全评价中危险有害因素的辨识

Dangerous and Harmful Factors Identification of Safety Assessment in Hazardous Waste Concentrated Disposal Project

以某地区危废集中处置中心项目为例展开研究,对项目涉及危险有害因素进行分类并识别,从危险废物物质、工艺过程全面识别其危险有害因素,作为下一步提出针对性的安全对策措施的基础,以避免因由于危险废物处置项目需要处置大量有毒有害废物、处置工艺较多、危险有害因素复杂,而造成此类项目在安全评价过程中容易出现危险有害因素漏项。

This paper carried out research using hazardous waste concentrated disposal center project in a given area as an example,classified and identified the dangerous and harmful factors involved in the projects.The dangerous and harmful factors were fully identified from hazardous waste materials and process,which was the basis of the safety precautions proposed next step,in order to avoid the prone to leaking dangerous and harmful factors in safety assessment of this type project because of the need to dispose large number hazardous waste in the hazardous waste disposal project,disposal technique was more,dangerous and harmful factors were complex.
